Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
For you to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Before initiating a return, you can contact us at service@bxike.com. If your return is approved, we will send you the return shipping address along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged goods and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the goods are defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
When we have dispatched express delivery, we will reject the return application without reasonable reasons. Customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned once dispatched if there is no quality issue. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific items, please contact us.
Refunds
We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded in the original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
Notes:
1. If you wish to return the goods, please notify us by email within 7 days after receipt, stating the reason and order number.
2. Any item must be returned intact along with the original packaging. All packages should be shipped via a trackable courier logistics company.
